Bio

Coach Fernandez enters his first year as an assistant coach for the Monarch's women's basketball program. He is a local product having graduated from John F. Kennedy High School in 2013. Coach Marc graduated from California State University of Northridge in 2023 with a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology. In 2022-2023, he led the Valley Academy of Arts and Sciences girl's basketball team to the CIF LA City Section Championship. Coach Marc is currently a youth basketball coach for the LA Lakers Camp, a staff member of the Paul George Elite Basketball Organization, and an assitant coach for View Point High School girl's varsity basketball team.
