Athletes of the Week - 2-2 / 2-9

Women's basketball and men's swimming provide this week's Athletes of the Week.

Freshman guard Laila Salazar scored 12 points at 50% from the field, collected six rebounds, and picked up five assists in the win over Santa Monica College. Battling West Los Angeles, she scored 10 points and had six rebounds.

At the recent Western State Conference meet, swimmer Chase Marstolf finished 6th in the 200 freestyle, 5th in the 100 fly, and 2nd in the 100 individual medley. He also participated in two relays.
