Women's Swimming and Dive Rakes in Season Awards

The LA Valley Women's Swim and Dive team had a very successful spring season and has been handsomely rewarded for it!  

The Monarchs had five swimmers named to the 2023 All-American team:

ALL AMERICANS

Lilliana Noriega- 50 Freestyle 24.58, 100 Freestyle 54.40, 100 Backstroke, 100.57, 200 Freestyle Relay 1:42.93, 400 Freestyle Relay 3:50.34

Liza Gorelik- 200 Free Relay 1:42.93, 400 Free Relay 3:50.34

Kyra Freemon- 200 Free Relay 1:42.93, 400 Free Relay 3:50.34

Zoey Francis- 200 Free Relay 1:42.93

Kelly Long- 400 Free Relay 3:50.34

The Monarchs also took several Western State Conference honors home:
